History
The Career Legal Group was established in 1991 by its three ..................working directors (all still involved in the company) to place legal secretaries on a permanent and temporary basis. The original philosophy of the company still applies today: we saw a need to develop the kind of strong two-way relationship with clients that would benefit both sides.
One advantage is that we have been able to recognise and service new client needs in related areas. Career Legal has grown organically, with new divisions added as those needs were identified. Today we operate with 10 divisions and can meet all the recruitment needs of the ...............legal profession, from junior office staff to professionals and partners.
We have also responded to demand in parallel specialisations. In 1994 Hudson York Farrell was established as a separate company to bring the same quality of service and support to the financial services sector and FTSE 500 companies.
The company now employs in excess of 50 staff and from its modest origins is today acknowledged as the market leader in its field. That has been recognised by our peers, culminating in our being voted the best legal recruiter in the UK.
Today the Career Legal Group can point to a decade of professional and commercial success. We are working for over 500 clients and we have more than 20,000 candidates on our database. We have preferred supplier status with many of the key players. And we have never lost a client to a competitor. |
